Over 20 years experience working in the mobile network operator (MNO) space.
Prior to joining Aither, Mr. Bult served as Executive Vice President of Product Management for ConcealFab Corporation, where he oversaw design, development, and manufacturing of the global product line.
Mr. Bult also worked for over eight years as Director of Operations for Ericsson, Inc., where he led the North America Site Solutions product development and testing lab as well as five regional centers of excellence.

Over 25 years of experience in the software industry.
Prior to joining Aither, Mr. Conigliaro served as Chief Technology Officer at MSF, where he led software development and managed all data platforms.
Prior to MSF, Mr. Conigliaro worked as an executive in the media industry, overseeing digital technology and analytics for more than 100 newspaper, television, radio, and digital media properties across the U.S.
